Entity “User Registration” Process using DSC

Step 1 Keep the following ready:

    • For Corporate Entities: Authorization Letter issued in favour of one of its employees
    • For Partnership Firms: Partnership Deed & Authorization Letter
    • “.cer” file of DSC (Digital Signature Certificate)
    • Install N-code software in the system (Laptop/Desktop);

The following are the steps to install the N-code software:

  • In User Registration Page, link with title ”Pre-requisite “N-code” Utility….will appear on User Identity Check Screen - with 2 options”: Click here 32-bit or 64 bit
  • Depending upon the operating system (computer) of the User, select 64 bit or 32 bit & click
  • The system will automatically download the N Code software
  • The system will ask the consent of the User; Click “I agree”
  • Click the “Next” button
  • On completing the installation, a button titled “Finish” will appear on the screen
  • Click the “Finish” button
  • The “N-Code” software download is considered complete.
Step 2
  • Please enter URL: https://iu.nesl.co.in
  • Select “Entity Registration” & Select DSC based User Regn
  • Insert DSC token into CPU / Laptop & Click “Sign Document”
  • Select the DSC & click the “OK” button
  • The system may take about 30-60 seconds for validation
  • After validation, enter the password of the DSC
  • The screen will move to Page 2 titled “Entity Details”
Step 3
  • Enter the Date of birth of the User being registered
  • Select the Entity Category (Corporate or Non-corporate) & Sub-type
  • Select the origin type “Indian”
  • Enter – Entity’s PAN number, name of the Entity, date of incorporation (for companies), GST Number, Registered Address, State Code from drop-down menu, PIN Code of the Registered Address, Billing Address, State Code, PIN Code of the Billing Address, CIN No.(for Companies) / LLPIN No. (for LLPs),
    Email ID, Telephone No. & Click the “Next” button;
    The screen will move to Page 3 titled “User Details”
Step 4
  • Enter Authorized Person’s Employee ID, Designation, primary & secondary email IDs, primary & secondary mobile numbers & upload soft copy of Auth Box orization Letter;
  • Enter the details of IU Fee Payment details (Like NEFT UTR No.)
  • Tick the “Terms and Conditions ” & click the Register Tab
Information
  • NeSL verifies details & approves the User Registration Request
  • Users will receive email ID & password on the mobile of Regd. User
  • In cases where the User is located abroad, the password may not go to a foreign mobile; In such cases, the User can login to our module https://iu.nesl.co.in with the user ID received by email & click the ‘forgot password’ option.
  • You will receive the password on the registered email.
  • The password needs to be re-set immediately by Authorized User by logging in to NeSL-IU Portal.
  • Then the User Registration Process is complete.
